Visit FramerForms Dashboard:
Go to your FramerForms dashboard.

Select the Block:
Locate the block you want to copy.

Click Copy:
On the left, find the blue "Copy" button then click it.

Clipboard Copy:
The block is now copied to your clipboard.

Open Framer Project:
Navigate to your Framer project.

Paste the Block:
Place the block wherever you want in your project.
