At Insert Frame, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our product and have a great experience. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may need a refund. We kindly ask you to take a moment to review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are applicable within 10 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, the user must demonstrate a genuine issue with the functionality of the Plugin.
2. Conditions for Refund:
Refunds will be considered if technical issues or failures preventing access to essential features of the program persist beyond a reasonable period, not exceeding 10 days.
Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or misuse of the program.
3. Requesting a Refund:
Users must contact our support team at help@insertframe.io within the eligible period to initiate a refund request.
A detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation may be required.
4. Account Deactivation:
Upon approval of a refund, the user's account will be promptly deactivated.
Access to the program and associated services will cease.
5. Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided for any add-on services, third-party integrations, or fees associated with the program, such as Zapier, Formspree or any other form collection tool.
6. Decision and Processing:
Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7 days from the date of request.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10-15 days to show in your account.
7. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately.
