How to Pin a Popup to a Map Location in Framer

Element: Standalone Popup

A popup that's pinned to a location on the map, but isn't tied to a marker or your point data. Useful for one-off callouts - like labeling a landmark or a region.

Turn it on/off and set it up under Elements → Standalone Popup.

Setup

  1. Turn on Enabled.

  2. Add entries to Coordinates - one Latitude/Longitude pair per popup.

  3. A Standalone popups connection slot appears at the top level of the component - connect one component per coordinate you added, in the same order (the 1st component matches the 1st coordinate, and so on).

  4. Style the Close Button (Size, Icon, Background, Border, Radius).

Standalone popups don't pull from your CMS or manual point data - whatever you design in the connected component is what shows.
