How to use multi-reference fields with Superfields

Filtering

  1. Select the Filter component.

  2. Set Field Type to Multi-Reference.


  3. Enter the name of the multi-reference field which you are filtering by in Field Name.

  4. Set Reference Field Type and Reference Field Name to the type and name of the field on the referenced collection which you are filtering by.

    For example, to filter by the “Title” field on the items in the “Categories” multi-reference field, your configuration would look like this:


Search

  1. Select the Superfields component.

  2. Near the bottom of the properties list, set Search to Yes.


  3. Add a new item to the fields list. Set Reference to Yes, and enter the name of the multi-reference field which you are searching by in Field Name, and enter the name of the field on the referenced collection in Reference Field Name.

    For example, to search by the “Title” field on the items in the “Categories” multi-reference field, your configuration would look like this:
