If you cannot set your variants (Loading, Error, Success etc) for your form's submit button, it is probably not set up correctly in your project.
Ensure your button is a component with the desired variants set up, and right click on it. You will see an option to Set Submit Button:
If you cannot select/see this option, re-add the button from the FramerForms plugin and create a new component.
You will now see the options to connect up the variants:
