File Uploads Terms of Use

File Uploads Terms of Use

Effective 26/09/2024

Secure Storage and Accessibility:

When utilizing the file upload feature in Framerforms, please note that all file uploads are securely stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services). These files are accessible via a unique URL. It is important to understand that this unique URL grants public access to the uploaded files.

User Responsibility:

Users are responsible for acknowledging and communicating to their respondents or users that any files uploaded via Framerforms may be publicly accessible through the unique URL provided. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that respondents are aware of the potential public accessibility of uploaded files and to use this feature accordingly.

Data Security Reliance:

Furthermore, users should be aware that any information uploaded to a form is transmitted to the designated form destination. Therefore, the security of form data, including uploaded files, is reliant on the security measures implemented by the form destination provider.

Please be diligent in informing respondents about the public accessibility of uploaded files and consider the implications of sharing sensitive information through this feature.
