Framer Agent Masterclass Terms & Conditions

Framer Agent Masterclass Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 15/07/2026

The Framer Agent Masterclass (the “Course”) is an online educational program produced by Insert Frame (“Insert Frame”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout these terms, the words “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Insert Frame Pty LTD. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with all the Terms, then you may not purchase or access the Course.

  1. Definitions

  • Course / Masterclass refers to the Framer Agent Masterclass, including all video lessons, modules, and updates made available to you.

  • Materials refers to the downloadable and copyable resources provided with the Course, including prompt packs, toolkits, skills, templates, checklists, and example files.

  • Community refers to any Slack workspace, forum, or group provided to Course participants.

  • Third-Party Tools refers to services taught or referenced in the Course that are operated by other companies, including but not limited to Framer, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, MCP connectors, and connected apps such as Gmail, Notion, Google Drive, and Slack.

  • User, you, or your refers to the individual who purchases or is granted access to the Course.

  1. General Conditions

By accessing the Course you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide to us is accurate. Course access is personal to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access, login credentials, or the Materials to any other person or organisation without our prior written permission.

  1. Course Access & Delivery

Course video lessons are delivered online and hosted through third-party providers (including Vimeo). We aim to provide continued access to the Course for as long as it remains commercially available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update, add, remove, or re-order lessons and Materials over time as the tools and techniques evolve. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of any third-party hosting or streaming service.

  1. Licence to Use the Materials

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own learning and for your own client and commercial design work. You may adapt prompts, skills, and templates for your projects and your clients’ projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the Course or the Materials, in whole or in part; use the Course or Materials to create, market, or operate a competing course, training program, or product; present the Course or Materials as your own; or share your access with third parties. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Course and the Materials.

  1. Third-Party Tools & Costs

The Course teaches you how to use Third-Party Tools that are operated by other companies and are subject to their own terms, pricing, and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

Many of these tools charge their own fees, including AI credits, token usage, and subscriptions (for example Framer agent credits, or Claude, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini plans). These costs are separate from the price of the Course, are billed to you by the relevant provider, and are your sole responsibility. Insert Frame does not control, set, or receive these fees, and is not responsible for any charges you incur while using Third-Party Tools. Third-Party Tools may change, increase prices, restrict features, or shut down at any time. We are not liable for any such changes, and lessons that rely on a Third-Party Tool may become outdated as a result.

  1. AI Agents & Live Project Risk

The Course teaches workflows in which AI agents make changes to real Framer projects, including your own and your clients’ live sites, and can connect to external accounts and data through connectors and MCP servers.

You are solely responsible for how you apply these techniques, including backing up your work and using branching before running agents; reviewing all agent-generated changes before publishing; deciding what data, accounts, and projects you connect an agent to; and obtaining your clients’ consent where relevant. Insert Frame is not liable for any loss, corruption, unintended change, cost, or damage to your projects, your clients’ projects, your accounts, or your data arising from your use of the techniques or tools taught in the Course.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

The Course is educational. Outcomes depend on your own skill, effort, taste, and market conditions. We make no guarantee of any specific result, including income, profitability, employment, client acquisition, or business growth. AI outputs vary in quality and require your judgement, oversight, and craft. Any earnings or productivity examples shared in the Course are illustrative only and are not a promise of your results.

  1. Community Conduct

If you are given access to the Community, you agree to be respectful, to keep shared resources within the Community, and not to spam, harass, or post unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content and revoke Community access for any breach of these expectations, without refund.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Course, the Materials, or the Community to engage in any unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malware, to harvest data, to send spam, or to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of any Third-Party Tool.

  1. Refunds

The Course is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy for the Framer Agent Masterclass, available on our website. Third-party costs (such as AI credits and subscriptions) are not refundable by Insert Frame under any circumstances.

  1. Modifications & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course, the Materials, or the Community, and to change pricing, at any time. Changes to price do not affect access you have already purchased.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insert Frame’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Course is limited to the amount you paid us for the Course in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or business.

  1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to resupplying the Course or paying the cost of resupply.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course, the Materials, or the Community at our discretion if you breach these Terms. On termination for breach, the licence granted to you ends and you must stop using the Materials.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website, and your continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
