Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the user must encounter genuine issues with the functionality of the Superfields Product.

Conditions for Refund:

Refunds will be considered if technical issues or failures persist beyond a reasonable period, not exceeding 10 days, preventing access to essential features of the Product.

Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind or misuse of the Product.

Requesting a Refund:

Users must contact our support team at help@insertframe.io within the eligible period to initiate a refund request.

A detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation may be required.

Account Deactivation:

Upon approval of a refund, the user's access to Superfields will be promptly deactivated.

Access to the product and associated services will cease.

Exclusions:

Refunds will not be provided for any additional services, third-party integrations, or fees associated with the Product, such as hosting fees.

Decision and Processing:

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7 days from the date of request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10-15 days to reflect in your account.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately.
