At Insert Frame, we want you to feel confident enrolling in the Framer Agent Masterclass. Please review our refund policy below for a clear understanding of the conditions associated with cancellations and refunds.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Framer Agent Masterclass is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Simply contact us within the 7-day window and we will refund the full price you paid us for the course.

2. Refunds After 7 Days:
After the initial 7-day period, the purchase becomes non-refundable, except where a genuine issue exists (see below) or as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Genuine Issue Requirement:
In cases where participants wish to request a refund after the 7-day period, refunds will only be considered if there is a genuine issue with the content or service. This may include technical issues or failures that persist beyond a reasonable period, not exceeding 21 days.

4. Third-Party Costs Are Not Refundable:
The course teaches the use of third-party tools that charge their own fees, including AI credits, token usage, and subscriptions (for example Framer agent credits, or Claude, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini plans). These costs are billed to you by the relevant provider and are not refundable by Insert Frame under any circumstances. Refund requests to Insert Frame apply only to the price you paid us for the course.

5. Requesting a Refund:
Participants must contact our support team at help@insertframe.io within the eligible period to initiate a refund request. For claims made after the 7-day guarantee, a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation may be required.

6. Account Deactivation:
Upon approval of a refund, the participant's access to the course, materials, and community will be promptly deactivated.

7. Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided for any add-on services, third-party integrations, third-party subscriptions or credits, or fees associated with the program.

8. Decision and Processing:
Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 14 days from the date of the request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10-15 days to reflect in your account.

9. Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately.
