Refund Policy for the Ultimate Framer Masterclass 2.0

1. Cancellation within 14 Days
Participants can cancel their purchase of the Ultimate Framer Masterclass within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
2. Refunds After 14 Days:
After the initial 14-day period, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
3. Genuine Issue Requirement:
In cases where participants wish to request a refund after the 14-day period, refunds will only be considered if there is a genuine issue with the content or service. This may include technical issues or failures that persist beyond a reasonable period, not exceeding 21 days.
4. Requesting a Refund:
Participants must contact our support team at help@insertframe.io within the eligible period to initiate a refund request.A detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation may be required.
5. Account Deactivation:
Upon approval of a refund, the participant's access to the program will be promptly deactivated. Access to course materials and associated services will cease.
6. Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided for any add-on services, third-party integrations, or fees associated with the program.
7. Decision and Processing:
Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 14 days from the date of the request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10-15 days to reflect in your account.
8. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately.
