This page explains how the Frameship switch offer works and the terms that apply. The offer helps Framer Commerce users move to Frameship without paying twice.

How the switch works

1. Purchase your Frameship licence (Launch or Scale) at frameship.io.

2. Submit the switch form with your Framer remix link, your Frameship order details, and proof of your active Framer Commerce plan.

3. Our team rebuilds every Framer Commerce component in your project as its Frameship equivalent, by hand. Your design stays as it is.

4. Once we verify your proof, we refund your Frameship purchase to cover what's left on your Framer Commerce plan, subject to the caps below.

5. You publish when you're ready. Most switches are completed within 3 business days of us receiving your details and proof.

Buyout terms

• You must have an active paid Framer Commerce subscription and provide proof, such as a recent invoice or billing screenshot.

• You must purchase your Frameship licence before we process any refund. The offer is a refund on that purchase.

• Annual Framer Commerce plans: refunded up to $279.

• Monthly Framer Commerce plans: refunded up to the value of one month.

• The refund never exceeds the amount you paid for Frameship, or the applicable cap above, whichever is lower.

• Limited to one refund per customer.

• The offer applies to Framer Commerce only. Other tools and platforms are not eligible.

• Refunds are processed by Insert Frame once your proof is verified.

• Insert Frame may change or withdraw this offer at any time. Requests already verified before a change will be honoured under the terms in effect when submitted.
