Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available within 10 days of your purchase.
To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that VideoFrame did not perform as advertised or that you were unable to use the product due to technical issues.
How to Request a Refund:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at help@insertframe.io with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
Account Deactivation:
Upon approval of a refund, the user's access to VideoFrame will be promptly deactivated. Access to the product and associated services will cease.
Refund Process:
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to reasons such as lack of features not advertised or not understanding the product's functionality.
We also do not offer refunds for promotional or discounted items.
