How to Add a Cinematic Fly In Animation to a Framer Map

A one-time cinematic camera move that plays when the map loads - flying from a wide, zoomed-out view into your chosen location. Good for a dramatic first impression.

Turn it on/off and set it up under Animations → Entrance Fly-In.

Starting point

Where the camera begins:

  • From Zoom, From Pitch, From Bearing - the zoom, tilt, and rotation the camera starts at.

Destination

Where the camera ends up, and stays:

  • To Lat / To Lng - the final location.

  • To Zoom, To Pitch, To Bearing - the final zoom, tilt, and rotation.

Timing

  • Duration - how long the fly-in takes, in seconds.

This animation plays once when the map first loads, then stops at the destination.
