Showing Hiding Thenty Components
Show or hide components based on user purchases
You may want to hide or show components based on whether a user has purchased one or more products from a list of products.
The Content Lock component (also called the Layer Switch) is available directly in the Thenty plugin under User Actions. You no longer need to copy or install it manually.
In the plugin, go to User Actions and drag the Content Lock component onto your canvas.
You will see a Locked state and an Unlocked state in the component. Build out your locked and unlocked content separately on the canvas.
In the component settings, connect each state to the corresponding canvas content.
Paste in the Product ID of the product a user needs to own in order to unlock the content. You can copy Product IDs from Settings > Plans & Products in the plugin. Multiple product IDs can be added to a single component.
Tip: If you don't want to build from scratch, Thenty includes pre-built blocks like the Gated Content Modal and Locked Product Card in the Blocks section of the plugin. Drag these in and customise from there.
