How to set up bookmarking in Framer

1. Open the detail page for your CMS collection of choice, and paste our Bookmark component into the template. Style this however you need!

2. Populate the CMS collection name with the exact casing as seen under the CMS view.

3. Use the plus icon on the left hand side of the Slug setting to be dynamically populated with the Set Variable > Slug selection.

💡 Note: If you want hide the bookmark button for logged out users, you can use our switch component.

Creating a list of bookmarked CMS items

1. Add the following components into your page:

Collection List: component from framer

Insert menu: A component that will be used as your empty state

Thenty's CMS Bookmark List component

1. Select the CMS Bookmark List component, and populate the Collection List and Empty State settings by selecting the equivalent components on your canvas.

2. Populate the CMS collection name with the exact casing as seen under the CMS view. Use the plus icon on the left hand side of the Slug setting to be dynamically populated with the Set Variable > Slug selection.
