Double check you are pasting the script in the head section for the whole site and not just a single page.
You also need to ensure that your site URL is always correct in the case of a domain name change.
Ensure you have only added one script to your site. This commonly occurs when people clone projects or accept remix links as templates. If you have scripts from multiple Thenty applications in the head tag, things will break.
