AI Designer Masterclass Course Terms
Effective 09/09/2026
The AI Designer Masterclass is provided by Insert Frame Pty Ltd. These terms sit alongside the Insert Frame Terms of Service. Where the two differ, these terms apply to the course. By purchasing, you agree to both.
1. What you are buying
A single-tier, one-off purchase of the AI Designer Masterclass. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your purchase includes:
45+ video lessons across 7 modules
Two guided project builds: a marketing site with a CMS, and a web app with a database, user accounts and payments
Access to the private Slack community, alongside the other students and the Insert Frame team
Monthly office hours, hosted by Ryan or another member of the Insert Frame team
The design prompt pack
A certificate on completion
2. Pre-sale purchases
If you bought before 8 October 2026 you bought at a reduced price on the understanding that the course was not yet available.
The course opens on 8 October 2026
Before then you receive an introductory lesson, access to the private Slack, and regular updates
Your refund rights are set out in the Refund Policy and are not shortened by having bought early
If we need to move the opening date we will tell you by email as soon as we know. If the date moves by more than 14 days, you can request a full refund.
3. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
The price you pay is the price shown when you buy. Prices change over time. We do not retrospectively refund the difference if the price later drops, and we do not charge you more if it rises.
4. Your account
The email address you use at checkout is the address that receives your course access. If you need it changed, email help@insertframe.io and we will sort it.
Your access is personal to you. Please do not share your login or buy a single seat for a team. If you need multiple seats, email us and we will arrange it properly.
5. Community
The private Slack is part of what you bought. We expect people to be decent to each other. We may remove anyone for harassment, spam, or sharing course material outside the community. Removal from Slack does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
6. What you can and cannot do with the material
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course content, code and prompt pack, including in your own commercial and client work. Build what you like with it.
You may not republish, resell or redistribute the lessons, videos, written material or prompt pack, and you may not use them to create a competing course or training programme.
We retain all intellectual property in the course itself.
7. Certificates
A certificate is issued on completion of the course. It confirms that you completed this course. It is not an accredited or government-recognised qualification and we do not represent it as one.
We may revoke a certificate obtained by sharing an account or otherwise misrepresenting completion.
8. What we do not promise
We will teach you the workflow and you will finish with two real projects. We cannot promise you a job, a client, a salary increase or any particular commercial outcome. What you get out of the course depends on the work you put in.
The course teaches you to use third-party tools including AI coding assistants, Github, Vercel, Supabase and Figma. Those are operated by other companies and may change their features, pricing or terms at any time. We keep the course current, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their decisions. Some have their own costs and their own terms you will need to accept.
9. AI-generated code
The course teaches you to produce code with AI assistance. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you deploy, particularly anything handling payments or personal data. We are not liable for code you ship.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change takes effect.
If you do not accept a change, tell us within those 30 days and we will refund you in full, regardless of when you bought or how much of the course you have completed. You are never locked into a term you did not agree to.
We will not change the price you have already paid, and we will not remove anything that was part of what you bought.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where the law permits us to limit our liability for services, we limit it to supplying the course again or refunding what you paid. This limitation applies only where the law allows it, and never to the consumer guarantees themselves.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
