Refund Policy for the AI Designer Masterclass

This policy applies to the AI Designer Masterclass, sold by Insert Frame Pty Ltd. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which it does not limit.

1. Your 14-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days. When those 14 days start depends on when you bought.

• If you bought before the course opened on 8 October 2026, your 14 days start on 8 October 2026. You get a full two weeks with the actual course before you have to decide, so nobody's window closes before they have seen what they paid for.

• If you bought on or after 8 October 2026, your 14 days start on the date of purchase.

2. Conditions

A refund is granted if, at the time you ask:

• You have completed less than 30% of the course content, and

• You have not downloaded a module certificate or completed a badge

If you bought before 8 October 2026 and change your mind before the course opens, there are no conditions at all. There is nothing to have consumed, so just ask and we will refund you.

3. After the 14 days

The window above is our change-of-mind policy. Once it closes we no longer offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if something is wrong. If the course is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law no matter how long ago you bought it. Those rights do not expire on a date we set.

That includes a genuine technical fault that stops you accessing the course and that we have not resolved within 21 days of you reporting it.

4. If we do not deliver

The AI Designer Masterclass is scheduled to open on 8 October 2026.

If we fail to open the course, or the course we deliver is materially different from what was described when you bought it, you are entitled to a full refund whether or not your 14-day window has closed. Nothing else in this policy limits that.

If we move the opening date by more than 14 days, you can request a full refund at any point after we tell you.

5. How to request a refund

Email help@insertframe.io from the address you purchased with, before your window closes. You do not need to give a reason.

We review requests within 14 days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and take 10 to 15 days to appear on your statement.

6. What happens after a refund

Your access to the course, the resource library and the private Slack ends once the refund is approved.

7. Not covered

This policy does not cover add-on services, third-party tools or subscriptions you bought separately, or fees charged by your own bank or card issuer.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. This refund policy is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change applies to purchases made after the change takes effect, and never retrospectively to a purchase you have already made.
