Frameship runs on a licensing system, meaning that you are able to trial Frameship for free, however to remove banners from a published site, you need a paid & connected license.

One license can only be connected to one site, and you need a new one for every additional project.

Connect your License

1. Go into the plugin settings, and click on Manage Licenses.

2. Select the license you wish to connect and press Activate.

3. If you do not have a license, click on Buy License.

4. You will then have a license! Make sure to activate this after buying (it does not happen automatically).

5. You will see the green dot and URL of your site next to the license that is attached.

6. Republish your site to ensure the latest changes are applied.

"My license is not showing up in the plugin, where could it be?"

Once you purchase a license, it is automatically attached to the email you inputted at checkout. You will then need to log in to the Frameship plugin with that same email.

If you have not created an account, you can do so in the plugin.

If you have forgotten your password, there is an option to Reset Password in the plugin.
