Superfields 2.0 is a ground-up rebuild. The components are new - a single Superfields Collection that everything attaches to, sixteen filter inputs, sorting, favourites, maps, and a Framer Agent setup that builds most of it for you. If you built something with the original Superfields components, here's how to move it across.

The 2.0 components are separate from the old ones, and they aren't meant to be mixed in the same collection. When you move a page over, swap the old components out for the new ones rather than running both side by side.

What's new in 2.0

• One Superfields Collection that every filter, sort and status control connects to through a shared ID Filter Group.

• Sixteen filter inputs, three sorting inputs, rebuilt favourites, and Maps.

• A Framer Agent setup that prebuilds the whole layout and wires your CMS for you.

How to move over

1. Remove the old Superfields components from the page you're upgrading.

2. Add the new setup - the fast way. Open the plugin and run Framer Agent Setup. It rebuilds the layout and connects your CMS in a few clicks. Full walkthrough in Getting Started with Superfields.

3. Or do it manually. Add the Superfields Collection, connect your CMS list, then drag in the filters, sorting and favourites you want.

4. Match your IDs. Give every input the same ID Filter Group as your collection so they work together.

Favourites have changed

Favouriting was rebuilt too. Instead of the old component, use the new Favourite Button inside your item cards, plus the collection's Favorites mode (or a ready-made Favorite List) to show saved items.

Licensing

Superfields needs an activated licence per Framer project to run on a published site. Open the plugin, go to Licenses, and activate Superfields on your project.

Take it one collection at a time. Once you're on the 2.0 components you get the lot - agent setup, the full filter set, maps and favourites.
